Dear Parents,

We are grateful you are interested in the FBCC After School Program for your child. At ASP, we believe every child is uniquely created by God and deserves a safe, caring, and engaging environment after the school day ends. Our goal is to provide a program that helps children grow socially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually while feeling supported and valued.

The Parent Handbook is provided to help families understand how our program operates. Inside the handbook, you will find important information about enrollment procedures, tuition, general policies, health and safety practices, emergency procedures, communication methods, and expectations for student behavior. These policies are designed to help us maintain a safe, consistent, and well-organized environment for every child in our care.

Because the FBCC After School Program is a ministry of First Baptist Church, Choudrant, our program is built on the teachings of the Bible. Biblical principles are integrated throughout our activities and interactions with students, encouraging children to grow in character, kindness, and respect for others. Our desire is to partner with families who share or respect these values and want their children to learn in a Christ-centered environment.

Parents are always welcome to visit the center and remain involved in their child’s experience. If you have any questions about the program or the policies outlined in the handbook, please feel free to contact our director or the After School Program board.

We are thankful for the opportunity to care for your children and look forward to partnering with you in their growth and development.

All families should review the Parent Handbook prior to registering for the program.
